Conner is a paranormal suspense fantasy, a non-gory werewolf story told from the angle of someone who is firmly set in reality, giving the book a different quality from other horror books. I wanted to write Conner as I could read proficiently from the age of three, and I was writing my own short stories from the age of six-so writing is what I knew I wanted to do. Conner is incomparable to any other book in its genre. It is written in an entirely new way, turning the myth of werewolves completely on its head; not borrowing from the tired Hollywood genres, but using more ancient myths as the springboard for its ideas. It has more than one side to it, as it encompasses horror, suspense, romance, thrills, and even dark humour.
Here’s the blurb for you guys to take a look over
Erin is a young psychologist, with no time for anything but her work, and unable to remember anything about her past. She leads an uneventful life, but a lonely one, in which she secretly wishes for a soulmate...
Conner is an unusual patient who approaches her, thrusting her into a strange world of darkness that runs beneath our own. He believes himself to be a creature of legend-a werewolf. But he also draws Erin with a roguish charm, and an irresistible feeling that seems to bind them together...
Conner desperately tries to save her from an unknown evil that persues her with a relentless passion that crosses centuries, an evil that once took her very soul away, somewhere in Erin's lost memories.
As she becomes more entwined in a series of events that will remind her of who she really is, will she make it away from the oncoming darkness unscathed...?
You can find CONNER on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
The sequel to CONNER comes out on September 3rd, ERIN. That's today, so hurry up and get your copy!
I wrote Erin because I wanted to write a sequel for Conner. I wanted Erin to be a little edgier and rawer, making the storyline a little darker as the reader is drawn in from the prequel. I wanted to write a book that would offer something different for people hungry for something new. Its unique advantage is that it is only comparable to its prequel, ‘Conner’, setting an entirely new edge to the werewolf story.
The blurb again!
Erin is the werewolf Queen of Athol Castle. She has no memories of the events of a few months ago, where she believed herself to be a psychologist, and met the enigmatic and charming Conner...
Filtiarn has taken over Conner’s body once more, and is relishing being in control. Cruel and sensual, he decides to work on a plan...to take over humanity. He begins a war...of werewolves against humans. But unknown to him, Conner is fighting against him within his own body, to set things right, and to bring Erin back from her own darkness. He tries to undo a great mistake from long ago, using Erin’s famed sword, Sioctine, as remnants of his own memory come back to him, opening up the present he now lives in.
At the same time, another enemy is using the situation to their advantage, following the werewolves at every turn, threatening to undo everything that Conner is struggling to obtain...
But will he be able to bring Erin back from Filtiarn’s grasp, or is it too late? And will he be able to stop the war against the humans progressing?
And who is threatening to take over not only the humans, but the werewolves as well?
You will be able to grab a copy from today on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Also, I’m having a huge release day party for Erin over at Facebook, so come and join us! https://www.facebook.com/events/351493858267345/
I also have a new series of books, and the first three are already out! THE BASSINVILLE WITCHES is a series about witches, vampires, magick, and danger! This is a series of paranormal fantasy books, with a good helping of erotica thrown in. *giggle* It centres around Catherine, a young witch whose father was murdered years ago by a group of bad magick-wielders, and her search with her friends for twelve rare crystals. But they meet with obstacles at every turn, so will they find all of them in time?
I’ve also set myself the enormous task of writing one every month, and the first three are out now! They come out on the 20th of every month, and I’m planning to have a full set of twelve once I’ve finished. So I’ll just place the blurb for each one here for you guys to take a look at! You can also only get these on Amazon Kindle at the moment.
WITH YOU IN SPIRIT #1
Catherine has enough problems in her life without adding more. She lives in a town full of Wiccan witches, where she holds absolutely no powers. Her best friends seem to take all the best men, and her work colleague has a major crush on her. Other than that, life is pretty sweet.
Until a dagger appears in her bedroom, bringing back frightening memories of a past both her mother and herself left behind long ago. The ghosts of the past refuse to stay buried however, and they threaten to swallow both of them whole, closing in on them...
And then the charming, roguish Mr Rouquette appears. He is gorgeous, kind, and clever...so why does it feel as though there is something not quite right about him? And can Catherine trust him at all when her world begins to crumble around her feet, and he seems to be at the centre of it all?...
PLAYING WITH FIRE #2
Catherine has found herself even more deeply embroiled in a centuries old struggle for the stones, but she now has the enigmatic Caden by her side, although she still doesn't know if she can trust him yet...
Meanwhile, another person has an interest in the stones, a fury who has been locked away for an eternity, and isn't too welcoming towards people. Then one night she sees Catherine and her friends peering in on her through scrying...
Remember, you will always get burnt if you play with fire....
AN ILL WIND #3
After the meeting with Varden, Sebastian was left clinging to unlife. The group must try to see if they can return him to life with them, even if it means staying longer in the centre of the Ravensworth's empire-New Orleans...
At the same time, Jackson is confronted with something-or someone-who wants to disrupt the party. Something that has the power to crumble not only the small group itself, but one of the relationships of those within...
Will they manage to find the next stone? Or will something stop them this time, in the form of deadly spirits, or female vampires?...
